Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) can help you learn skills to improve your ability to manage emotions (anger, sadness, guilt, hopelessness, etc), maintain health relationships, as well as improve your ability to tolerate distressful situations and focus on the present.

New group starting in January!

Men's 20 week skills group starts Monday, January 8th from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.

All referred individuals will need to meet with a group facilitator for appropriate group placement prior to group start date. Group facilitators will also be available to discuss any questions at that time.
