Attend a First Friday Art Showing

Reliance Health participates in Norwich First Friday Art Shows by hosting a local artist, or artists, from 5pm-8pm in their first floor gallery at 40 Broadway, Norwich, CT. To learn more about the Art Gallery, visit the Gallery Page.

Sponsor or run in our 5K

Each year, Reliance Health partners with the Hartford Marathon Foundation to put on a Kids Run Free, Fun Run and 5K through the picturesque Mohegan Park. To learn more, check out the race website at HartfordMarathon.com!

Proceeds from the race go to supporting our overall mission of “enhancing health through mental wellness,” but what makes this event particularly special is the platform it gives us to advocate for mental wellness and destigmatize mental health struggles in our shared community. Both physical wellness through movement and social wellness through having a community are pillars to maintaining mental wellness for all of us – and Reliance Health is happy to promote holistic health and community togetherness by hosting this annual, family friendly event!
