Reliance Health staff-Deanna Delaney, Autumn Bouchard, and the Norwich Police Department were awarded the Collaboration of the Year award by the Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce during their 12th Annual Social Service Recognition Award Ceremony. This award highlights the hard work, passion, and dedication this collaboration has provided to our Norwich community and how they have gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to positively impact the people of our region, and improve the quality of life here.
