Planning your will is a topic that takes a lot of thought and emotion. Thank you for considering a gift to Reliance Health, Inc.

Reliance Health is an extension of family for the individuals we serve. Family is extremely important to us and we want you to take care of your loved ones first. Once your personal matters have been managed, please think about leaving a gift to our family.

Legacy gifts don't have to be large amounts or even monetary. You can choose to leave an unrestricted donation or designate how your contribution is used by visiting our services page. Whatever you choose to do will help improve our community’s current and future mental wellness. Examples of how your gift may be used include purchasing:

• Apartment amenities for Veterans

• Socks & Bedding for the homeless

• Educational materials for young adults

• Equipment and ingredients for healthy cooking programs

• Therapeutic supplies and activities
